Hey, my name is Harm and I have been living in Amsterdam with my girlfriend and dog for a few years. We have a typical Amsterdam souterrain, nice and cool and perfect for the hot summers. But we had one big problem: the mess in our outdoor souterrain basement. From beer cans to leaves and even mosquitoes and other pests with tails 😊.
That led to regular cleaning to prevent blockages!

In Amsterdam there was no solution to keep all that hassle out of the souterrain. This is how SouterrainRoosters was born. We make custom stainless steel grates (mosquito screens) that keep everything out, from mosquitoes to other scum. The perfect solution to keep your souterrain clean and prevent you from having too many uninvited guests.
