From measuring and custom production to cleaning and installation: we take care of the entire process.

1. price indication.

Would you first like to know what to expect? Based on the length and width of your existing steel grating or light well, we can usually provide a good initial price indication.

Send us the approximate dimensions and preferably a few photos by email or chat. We’ll then let you know the expected costs for your situation.

This gives you a clear idea of the costs before we visit to take the final measurements.

2. measuring and quotation

Happy with the price indication, or would you like to proceed straight away? Send us your Amsterdam address, and we’ll visit to assess the situation and take accurate measurements. You don’t need to be at home, as long as the light well and grating are accessible from the street.

We look at more than just the dimensions. Can the stainless steel grate be neatly installed underneath the existing steel grating? Does the existing grating need to be modified? Or would a new steel grating with an integrated stainless steel grate be the better solution?

After measuring, you’ll receive the final quotation within a few days.

We always aim for the best-fitting, high-quality solution for your situation.

3. custom production

Once you approve the quotation, we request a 50% deposit. As soon as we receive the deposit, we start production and give you an indication of the expected delivery time.

Every stainless steel grate is custom-made. If agreed, we can also produce a new steel grating. This is hot-dip galvanised and powder-coated in the RAL colour of your choice.

During production, we’ll keep you updated on the progress by email or WhatsApp.

Delivery time is usually one to two months.

4. delivery and installation

As soon as the grates are ready, we’ll contact you to schedule the installation. Before delivery, we request payment of the remaining 50%.

On the installation day, our cleaning team will usually arrive in the morning.

We clean the light well and windows so the new grates can be installed in a clean environment.

In the afternoon, the custom-made grates are delivered and installed.

After that, it mainly means less cleaning, a clear drain and fresh air coming in, while leaves, mosquitoes and other pests stay out.

After installation, we’ll send you photos of the finished result.

We provide a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Outside Amsterdam?

Outside Amsterdam, we work based on measurements provided by you.

Using your photos, we’ll explain exactly which dimensions we need and how to measure them.

Transport costs are charged separately.
