1. price range indication.

Before we visit and give you a final quote, if you prefer, we can provide a price indication without obligation based on the length and width of your current steel grates or souterrain basement.

This can be done directly by email or from the chat on this site.

The price is then all-in, so you don't have to worry about it.

2. quotation

If you agree with the price range from the previous step, or if you want to go directly for the stainless steel grates, please indicate your address in Amsterdam. We are happy to come by and measure everything. You do not have to be at home during this visit. We will send you the final quotation within a day with any adjustments to the existing situation.

3. start assembling

Once the quote has been approved, we will ask for a deposit of 50%. Once received, we will give you a rough estimate of delivery time. If your current grates need to be adjusted, we will come by to collect them and place temporary wooden plates on the souterrain basement for the safety of passers-by. During this process, we will keep you informed of progress via

email/WhatsApp.

4. delivery

As soon as the souterrain grates are ready for delivery, we will notify you and ask for the remaining 50% to transfer. We are currently busy with deliveries, the delivery time can be one to two months. Once the remaining amount has been received, we will issue you a delivery date. On that day, we usually come in the morning with a cleaning crew to clean windows and souterrain basement. The souterrain grates are delivered and installed in the afternoon.
